Grangewood Southern are proud to have completed the refurbishment of this wonderful Country House in the heart of Hampshire.
Our scope of works included the extensive refurbishment and a large extension to an existing Farmhouse, incorporating stone & timber floor finishes, bespoke joinery and stone fireplaces.
M&E installation connected to the local Bio Mass plant, incorporating a back-up generator and electric boilers.
Substantial landscaping works and the installa-tion of an oak framed garage.
The project also included the refurbishment of a period Coach House for Staff Accommodation and a flint Garage converted into a Farm Office.
