Rural Residential Refurbishment, Surrey

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Grangewood Southern are proud to have completed the refurbishment of this wonderful private residence in Surrey.

Our works included the complete internal remodelling of an existing house.

The initial works included a large temporary works package to support the roof and floors in preparation for a complete steelwork structure, incorporating more than 100 lengths/beams of steel, installed within the building.

Bronze casement windows were installed to replace the existing metal windows, the roof was re-covered using a mix or reclaimed and salvaged roof tiles, external masonry walls were re-pointed and a natural stone portico and new brick and creasing tile, an Orangery was installed to the rear.

Internally there was a complete bespoke joinery installation, natural timber & stone floors, stone spiral staircase and numerous specialist wall finishes.

Completely new M&E installation, including air conditioning and a new commercial kitchen was installed to one of the existing Garages.
